Jeremy is a fellow of the RICS with over 25 years' experience within the property industry. Jeremy is a Registered Property Receiver and Registered Property Valuer who has significant experience dealing with all asset classes across the country, and advises clients in property insolvency and business turnaround scenarios.

Tom joined SFP Property in March 2021 and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Tom works across all aspects of the business and oversees the junior members of the team.

Jessica Lonsdale

Property Team PA

Jessica started work with SFP Group as Property Team PA in June 2017, having graduated from university and previously worked in a property management role. She assists the team in day-to-day administrative support as well as with the coordination and implementation of case related procedures.

Elliot Dowsett-Ward

Elliot joined SFP Group in September 2023. As part of the Property Department, Elliot is responsible for undertaking viewings and inspections, and dealing with enquiries.

Jack Bayes

Graduate Surveyor

Jack joined SFP Property in March 2024 as a Graduate Surveyor. He graduated from Reading University with a BSc in Real Estate. Currently he is working towards his APC with previous public and private sector surveying experience. Jack is responsible for the daily running of the Property Department carrying out inspections, viewings, valuation reports and answering commercial agency enquires.
